1. 公司申請(qǐng)

2. 客戶填寫(xiě)詳細(xì)客戶信息表(同時(shí)安排審核員)

3. 合同(如有變更需要復(fù)核)

4. 相關(guān)資料準(zhǔn)備

5. 確定審核日期

6. 進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核(同時(shí)進(jìn)行文件審核)

7. 發(fā)出糾正措施

1. 如果審核后，沒(méi)有需要糾正的，會(huì)在15個(gè)工作日內(nèi)發(fā)出報(bào)告和證書(shū)
